Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing clinical tools and client feedback to develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions employing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting these goals based on progress and feedback.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic competencies and staying updated with industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
