Our facility operates during regular business hours, providing services primarily from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including preventive services, immunizations, and routine check-ups under the supervision of a physician.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret lab tests, and make informed medical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for various health conditions, while closely monitoring patient progress and response to interventions.
• Prescribe medications and manage prescriptions to ensure effective treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, nutrition, and family planning.
• Facilitate STD screenings, vision and hearing assessments, and health education sessions to advance public health initiatives.
• If allocated as a floater, be prepared to travel between different company sites to provide necessary care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of recent clinical experience in pediatric care.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledgeable in current principles, methods, and procedures for pediatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• A proven track record of maintaining certifications as required by law and organizational policies.

Compensation and Benefits
