Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health requirements and craft personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches.

• Provide therapy services to individuals, groups, and families using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A completed master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to ensure comprehensive documentation and timely follow-ups on client cases.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and making adjustments to treatment plans in response to client needs in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
