Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status and needs, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to form strong therapeutic relationships, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and cultural competence.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and document progress.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle caseloads efficiently while minimizing administrative burdens.

• A clean record with the licensing board, demonstrating commitment to ethical practice.
