Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to formulate clinical diagnoses and tailor treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities customized to client needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health situations, demonstrating practical problem-solving skills and empathy.

• Maintain comprehensive client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legal standards, including precise documentation of treatment plans and progress notes.

• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about relevant mental health issues and available resources while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training programs, workshops, and consultation meetings to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
