This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and communicate with clients via our secure telehealth platform. You will benefit from a flexible work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of some adjustments based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, risks, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique backgrounds, strengths, and preferences.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, to provide effective therapy sessions.

• Document all client interactions and progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR), adhering to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
