Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services by instructing and counseling patients and their families on compliance with therapeutic regimens and prescribed medications, operating within the established scope of practice.

• Prepare detailed intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries, ensuring meticulous maintenance of confidential records in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
\n
• Participate in departmental on-call rotations to provide timely responses to patient needs as they arise.
\n
• Engage in the supervision of Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, guiding their professional development as needed.

• Provide comprehensive support to both patients and their families, helping them understand treatment methods and strategies to foster acceptance and adherence.
\n
• Utilize public and private agencies' resources and community organizations to better serve patients, making appropriate referrals to external resources as necessary.
\n
• Report any safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies, maintaining a commitment to patient safety and welfare.
\n
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs tailored for members dealing with acute or chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct outpatient psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing the quality of life for a diverse patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
