Work Environment

As a member of our Orthopedic team, you will thrive in a collaborative outpatient setting designed for efficiency and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and optimizing patient outcomes.
• Providing direct patient care by implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, patient progress, and discharge plans in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engaging in community outreach initiatives and program development activities aimed at promoting health and rehabilitation services.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Attending professional development sessions and educational workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our outpatient clinic, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes needing rehabilitation, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Your role will involve collaborating with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure they are involved in their treatment process and understand their progress toward recovery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
