Front Desk Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Must be detail-oriented and organized with a superb level of professionalism;
- Assist in scheduling/coordinating conference rooms and meetings;
- Use Excel spreadsheets to create/update reports;
- Answer heavy volume phone calls, greet customers, distribute mail and packages;
- Assist in preparing expense reports, order office supplies, and other duties;
- Maintain mailroom, including but not limited to, postage machine, all incoming/outgoing mail, and maintains supplies;
- Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings, assist with special projects;
- Must be punctual and on time ready to work;
- Coordinate meetings and events;
- Represent the organization in a positive way by creating and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships;
- Manage the ID security computer system to create badges and maintain supplies;
- Provide timely response to voicemail, email, fax and requests for information;
- Ensures visitors reach their destination while conforming to security protocols.
Requirements:
- Local Travel required;
- Global experience preferred;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative work.
