Our company is looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be detail-oriented and organized with a superb level of professionalism;
  • Assist in scheduling/coordinating conference rooms and meetings;
  • Use Excel spreadsheets to create/update reports;
  • Answer heavy volume phone calls, greet customers, distribute mail and packages;
  • Assist in preparing expense reports, order office supplies, and other duties;
  • Maintain mailroom, including but not limited to, postage machine, all incoming/outgoing mail, and maintains supplies;
  • Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings, assist with special projects;
  • Must be punctual and on time ready to work;
  • Coordinate meetings and events;
  • Represent the organization in a positive way by creating and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships;
  • Manage the ID security computer system to create badges and maintain supplies;
  • Provide timely response to voicemail, email, fax and requests for information;
  • Ensures visitors reach their destination while conforming to security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Local Travel required;
  • Global experience preferred;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative work.
