Our company is looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our team.


  • Nurture and grow the existing partnerships to ensure they are fulfilling Relativity and Partner’s commercial, product, and strategic goals;
  • Establishing key performance indicators that will determine the ultimate success of each partnership;
  • Build and manage a small, fast-paced, high performing and collaborative team;
  • Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth with Partnerships within Legal Technology and in Adjacent Markets;
  • Manage and execute end-to-end process of sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing those partnerships;
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships (product/tech, GTM, executive alignment) with key players in Legal Technology and Adjacent markets;
  • Maintain all aspects of partnership go-to-market, ensuring that both parties hit their respective timelines prior, during, and after launch;
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships (product/tech, GTM, executive alignment) with the key players in the Cloud space;
  • Enable partner deal support, cross functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights;
  • Manage executive-level contacts with key partners, including QBRs and CEO/COO level meetings;
  • Get alignment on the commercial agreement, with the support of our Head of Legal;
  • Carefully think through commercial and implementation details, together with the partner and relevant internal departments ;
  • Convince selected companies to partner with 3D Hubs;
  • Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth and revenue;
  • Lead customized complex negotiation with our strategic partners.


  • Executive Presence;
  • 10y+ of experience in business development, partnerships, strategic sales and account management, or management consulting;
  • Strong analytical, leadership, intellectual curiosity, and partnering skills;
  • Track record of making and executing decisions;
  • Production experience is preferred;
  • Experience in indirectly managing senior leaders across the organization;
  • Experience working in technology with some experience in SaaS enterprise software;
