Our company is looking for a Regional Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel required in assigned territory (40-50%) – use of personal car will be helpful;
  • You will be meeting with leasing consultants/ property managers/ regional managers/ asset managers and marketing directors;
  • You will also be required to attend various industry networking events and be ‘visible’ in your local multifamily circle;
  • Account executives are required to build actionable sales plans with their direct managers to have a consistent pipeline of opportunities;
  • A background in multifamily is a plus but by no means a requirement to succeed in this role as full training is provided;
  • This is a transactional sale, with flexibility to sign up several buildings up to full portfolios in stages;
  • The role is a blend of in person visits to properties, scheduled meetings with decision makers and calls/ emails from your own home;
  • Responsible for customer renewals with a goal to achieve and exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and retention targets;
  • Oversee initial setup of accounts and field questions regarding file submissions or exports from client CRM;
  • Monitor overall account health and satisfaction and proactively engage internal teams to ensure that satisfaction remains high;
  • Integrate all API setups for Salesforce;
  • Generate proposals and contracts with accuracy and following all proper protocols and internal systems;
  • Use Salesforce to capture client information and track opportunities;
  • Manage production pipeline and keep a steady flow of cases for client production;
  • Identify target accounts for contract expansion and upgrade.

Requirements:

  • Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within marketing policies;
  • Analyzes records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred;
  • Interprets accounts, trends and records to management;
  • Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate coordination of sales, negotiations where required;
  • Monitors competition by gathering information on pricing, products, new products,
  • Estimates time and sales expenses expected and submits to management;
  • Monitors annual sales plan and expense plan and budget for each area in the country;
  • Recommends changes in products and service based on customer needs;
  • Participates in the development of annual sales and expense plans at the local level;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business or any related field;
  • Experience in the nonprofit space strongly preferred;
  • 1-3 years Salesforce or similar CRM experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline;
  • 1-3 years of related experience supporting a sales organization in a technology or software environment.
