Our company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the developed models or statistical tests are reusable and modular for effective transition to cloud in the future;
  • Advanced predictive analytics to help optimize the touchpoint patterns following these deepdives;
  • Manage the relationship with other analytical teams in the company and IT to design, and implement analytical projects;
  • Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact the firm and our clients;
  • Interact with external clinical resources to ensure models are consistent with best clinical practice;
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations;
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty;
  • Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their development;
  • Build, test, optimize and productionalize machine learning models (e.g. product affinity, LTV etc.);
  • Develop machine learning algorithms;
  • Formulate and answer open-ended questions based on mission and business problem sets to glean insights;
  • Perform unification of statistics;
  • Help design data warehousing system to fit Data Science needs;
  • Interpret large and complex datasets and define appropriate applications to derive required outcomes;
  • Work in a team-based agile work environment.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SaaS Enterprise Software and B2B software pricing;
  • Master’s degree in Data Science or related programs;
  • d) Experience with multiple types of databases: MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, etc;
  • e) Use of Visual Studio Team Services;
