Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Advanced Global Movement Rehab Center in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This full-time role focuses on helping patients regain their mobility and improve their overall quality of life through specialized orthopedic rehabilitation. In this position, you will be instrumental in providing personalized care that addresses the unique needs and goals of each patient.

You will work onsite at our rehabilitation center located in the vibrant Lehigh Acres community. Our facility provides a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and encouraged to pursue their rehabilitation goals. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while giving ample opportunity for personal growth in your physical therapy career.

Provide tailored, individualized treatment sessions to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, ensuring that each treatment plan aligns with their specific goals and rehabilitation timelines.

Maintain a manageable patient caseload to guarantee dedicated attention and quality care, allowing for meaningful interactions and progress tracking.

Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation to assess patients' conditions, create comprehensive care plans, and implement effective treatment modalities.

Incorporate cost-effective strategies to enhance patient mobility and functionality while promoting non-surgical treatment options to minimize reliance on medication.

Engage in motivational strategies to encourage patients throughout their recovery journeys, fostering a positive and empowering atmosphere.

Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient treatments and progress compliant with healthcare regulations, utilizing EMR software like Web PT proficiently for documentation purposes.

Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration by working seamlessly with other healthcare providers including physicians, nurses, and referral specialists.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient-centered approach prioritizes personalized care, allowing you to foster strong therapeutic relationships while addressing each patient's comprehensive needs.

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida without any history of sanctions or board proceedings.

Proficient in applying various manual therapy techniques and relevant orthopedic rehabilitation methods.

Skills in creating and implementing successful rehabilitation exercise programs, tailored to individual patient needs.

Familiar with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure precise documentation of patient interactions and progress.

Continued knowledge of current physical therapy techniques supported by the latest research.

Prior experience in orthopedic settings, specifically in outpatient physical therapy.

Experience working with a diverse range of patients and conditions relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.
