Maximum Motion Physical Therapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Work Environment

This onsite position allows you to work closely with a collaborative team, consisting of two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). You will enjoy a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere where your contributions are valued. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, creating a healthy work-life balance while placing emphasis on quality patient care and effective team communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, ensuring effective identification of their therapy goals.
• Maintain a professional caseload by efficiently managing one patient per hour, allowing for focused and personalized engagement during treatment sessions.
• Utilize expert knowledge in orthopedic treatment techniques to design and implement tailored care plans aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Conduct therapeutic interventions that reduce reliance on pain medications and promote non-surgical treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluating treatment outcomes, and making necessary adjustments to care plans to optimize therapeutic results.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, instilling confidence and fostering a positive outlook on recovery.
• Document all patient care services meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves a diverse population of patients who have private medical insurance, encompassing a wide range of orthopedic conditions. From athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals undergoing postoperative rehabilitation, your role will make a significant impact on their journey to recovery. Qualifications

• An awarded Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida is essential for practice.
• Strong professional record without any board or disciplinary actions is a must for candidacy.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and successful experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Exceptional competence in developing and executing customized exercise protocols for varied patient needs.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly the WebPT platform.

Preferred Experience

• A background in sports medicine or experience working with athletes is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead educational groups or workshops regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, or wellness initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
