Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical histories and physical capabilities to create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and rehabilitation techniques to assist patients in regaining their physical abilities.
• Implement targeted therapeutic exercises aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and flexibility while considering each patient's individual goals.
• Employ advanced manual therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and dry needling, to alleviate pain and support the healing process.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, body mechanics, and self-care exercises for at-home rehabilitation.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise will cater to individuals with varying levels of physical fitness and rehabilitation needs, providing a holistic approach to their recovery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
