Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques and exercise regimens aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on effective at-home exercises and self-management strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes to inform continuous care and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist will primarily focus on patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will collaborate with individuals of various ages, from young athletes to older adults, tailoring your approach according to each client's unique circumstances. Your role will be pivotal in guiding patients through rehabilitation programs that enable them to regain their independence and return to their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required to ensure you possess the advanced clinical knowledge necessary for this specialized role.
• Must hold an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
