Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, with the unique opportunity to provide care in various home environments throughout Lehigh Acres and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their medical history, physical conditions, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clinical guidelines and the specific goals of each patient.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all documentation reflects the patient's journey and progress.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary, based on patient feedback and observed progress during sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises, injury prevention techniques, and overall wellness practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on treating individuals with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic pain management. You will work with a diverse patient population, from adolescents to seniors, each with unique challenges that require your expert guidance and support. Your ability to adapt treatments and your empathetic approach will be key to improving their overall outcomes and fostering independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Strong foundational knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care that promotes empathy and compassion.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
