Work Environment

The work environment is designed to facilitate effective rehabilitation and patient engagement. At our onsite rehabilitation facility in Lehigh Acres, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care to each patient, effectively addressing their unique rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Manage a personal caseload to ensure each patient receives focused attention and quality care.
• Exhibit expertise in orthopedic outpatient treatments, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide interventions and methodologies.
• Implement economical treatment techniques that enhance patient mobility while minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Design and develop comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Motivate patients through their recovery by providing emotional support and encouraging a proactive approach to wellness.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Adhere to compliance standards when utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as Web PT, to maintain precise patient documentation and data integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients who require rehabilitation following injury, surgery, or chronic issues affecting movement and function. You will work closely with athletes, active individuals, and those recovering from surgeries, adapting treatment plans to accommodate a wide range of abilities and rehabilitation levels. Your expertise will ensure that all patients benefit from tailored interventions that promote recovery and overall health.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida without any sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a capacity to implement effective therapeutic modalities.
• Solid understanding of current physical therapy techniques supported by clinical research.
• Adept at using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to facilitate accurate patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting, specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored for diverse patient needs.
• Prior experience collaborating with a healthcare team, enhancing interdisciplinary patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
