Work Environment

Our onsite rehabilitation facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and resources designed to enhance patient outcomes. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs, goals, and mobility limitations, and formulate targeted care plans accordingly.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques tailored to optimize patient performance and functional abilities.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and interventions, actively motivating and encouraging them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to adapt treatment plans as necessary and ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-management techniques, and lifestyle modifications that promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting improvements and setbacks while adjusting the treatment approach based on real-time evaluations.
• Develop wellness and fitness-oriented programs to help patients maintain their health post-treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily includes individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgical interventions, and chronic conditions such as arthritis. We cater to a diverse population ranging from athletes to older adults, ensuring that our treatments are effective and tailored to each patient's lifestyle and recovery goals. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active state licensing as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, focusing on musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation.
• Strong background in patient assessment and the ability to craft individualized treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance bonuses.
