Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Conway Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic interventions at patients' homes using techniques that aim to improve mobility and restore function in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
• Administering evidence-based treatments across various specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Providing continuous patient education and training to enhance understanding of treatment protocols and empower patients in their recovery.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service and therapeutic communication to foster strong relationships with patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
