Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (Full Time)

In this role, you will work directly with patients of varying age groups who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite in an environment designed for optimal patient care. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries to assess their functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.

Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans using diverse methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to relieve pain and improve mobility.

Document patient progress diligently, tracking responses to treatment and adjusting plans as needed to meet evolving patient goals.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to streamline patient care and achieve cohesive treatment goals.

Participate in continued professional development by attending workshops, pursuing additional certifications, and staying abreast of new rehabilitation techniques and research.

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

A valid Florida state license to practice physical therapy.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and healthcare team members.

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic software applications.

While prior experience is valued, recent graduates who demonstrate exceptional skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or manual therapy techniques can be advantageous, contributing to enhanced patient care.
