Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' conditions and design appropriate treatment plans that address individual therapeutic needs.
• Utilize a variety of treatment methods, including exercise, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and assistive devices, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing evidence-based practices to adjust treatment plans as necessary throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members on the effective use of therapeutic techniques and assistive devices to promote independence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field by attending workshops, engaging with professional literature, and participating in industry networks.
• Collaborate effectively with other health professionals within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with outpatient clients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and rehabilitative needs related to musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient population spans various demographics, from young athletes to older adults, each requiring targeted and compassionate care tailored to their individual circumstances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Avalid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in using technology for patient documentation.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience with orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
