```htmlJob Opportunity – Medical Surgical Neuro RN – North Carolina Start Date: November 9, 2026
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM; contract lengths from 13-26 weeks accepted
Dedicated neurology unit focusing on neurosurgical procedures and neurological diagnoses

• Patient ratio of 1:5-6 with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy
• Epic charting system with Pyxis medication management and SBAR communication protocols
• 36-bed unit with 2 orientation shifts provided after hospital-based orientation
• Weekend requirement: 12-16 weekend shifts per contract with floating required as needed
• Current North Carolina or Compact nursing license

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
Neurology experience strongly preferred
Experience with telemetry, IV management, CVA care, and non-invasive airway management preferred
Must pass EKG testing prior to start date
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
