Position Overview Heal And Align Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our expanding team in Stuart, Florida. In this full-time onsite role, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment for patients with various orthopedic conditions. Located in beautiful Stuart, Florida, our outpatient office boasts a state-of-the-art environment equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools. The facility is designed to support hands-on treatment and includes therapy rooms, training areas, and consultation spaces that promote patient interaction and comfort. Working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, our staff enjoys a stable and professional work-life balance in a supportive team environment.

Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments, evaluating patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion to establish accurate diagnoses.

Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to address the specific orthopedic rehabilitation needs of each patient.

Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training programs to promote recovery.

Apply appropriate modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, contributing to effective pain management and rehabilitation outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, health management, and home exercise programs to ensure continued progress outside the clinic.

Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare practitioners to create an integrated approach to patient care.

Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Heal And Align, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation clients to individuals with chronic pain conditions. Your role will be instrumental in helping these individuals regain their strength, mobility, and independence.

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (Possession of an active and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.

Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, along with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic or similar sports rehabilitation setting is highly preferred.

Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
