Physical Therapist - Therapy - Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Full-Time Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our team at Eisenhower Physical Therapy in Arlington, Virginia. The role is primarily onsite at our Arlington outpatient office, where you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art facility. Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities, to facilitate recovery effectively.

Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes meticulously to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Advise and train patients, their families, and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and the use of assistive devices when necessary.

Provide pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, coordinating closely with physicians to optimize surgical outcomes.

Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and conferences, to stay updated on best practices in physical therapy.

Your clientele will predominantly include adult patients recovering from orthopedic issues, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

A current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

Proficiency in electronic health records and basic computer applications to streamline documentation and patient management processes.

At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient physical therapy, is highly desirable.
