Job Description

Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions that enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, and medical staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide instruction to support patients and their caregivers in reinforcing therapy at home.
Monitor and Record Progress: Document patient outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure they stay on track toward recovery.
Education
Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and welcomed.
Certifications
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
