This position is situated within our outpatient office, where you will collaborate with a team of experienced therapists and administrative staff. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical limitations and capabilities, forming a solid foundation for effective treatment plans.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to promote recovery and enhance mobility.

Document patient progress meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the seamless flow of information between providers.

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Current and valid state licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.

Proficient in using electronic health records and other therapy documentation systems.

While a minimum of two years of professional experience is required, candidates with additional experience in outpatient settings focused on rehabilitation and recovery will be preferred. Familiarity with treatment for a diverse range of conditions and a proven track record of successful patient outcomes will further strengthen your application.
