As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations, disabilities, and treatment goals.

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with all legal and professional standards.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless patient care and continuity.

Participating in community outreach programs, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings to enhance our practice and service delivery.

At Aspirus Physical Therapy, you will primarily treat patients dealing with orthopedic issues, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient population ranges from young athletes to older adults looking to regain mobility and independence. A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical record systems.

While the minimum requirement is two years of relevant experience, candidates with additional certifications in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or specialized treatment techniques are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with diverse patient populations and knowledge of current therapy trends will be beneficial.
