Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. \Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities are essential for managing client caseloads and administrative responsibilities. \Previous experience working with clients in a remote setting is highly desirable. \Candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (such as Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, etc.) Experience in advocating for mental health awareness and in working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals is a plus. \Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position varies based on experience and qualifications, with full-time therapists earning between USD 52,000 and 100,000 annually.
