Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, adhering to ethical practices and ensuring confidentiality for all clients. \Utilize evidence-based interventions and maintain familiarity with the latest developments in behavioral health practices. \Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interaction, outcomes, and administrative information to adhere to regulatory standards. \Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, peer supervision, and relevant training opportunities to enhance clinical skills. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, addressing a variety of behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and challenges with executive functioning. A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health discipline. \An active and valid Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, with a commitment to maintaining licensure. \Experience working with youth and families in a behavioral health setting. \Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and the integration of technology into therapeutic practices. \Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices and therapies. \Compensation and Benefits\n House of Health Services, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
