Job Overview A law firm seeks a Mass Tort Associate Attorney in New York City, NY. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex litigation, working closely with seasoned litigators in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

Assist and lead in discovery efforts, including document identification and witness depositions.

Draft pleadings, motions, and other critical litigation documents.

Work closely with expert witnesses from vetting to preparation.

Participate in trial preparation and courtroom trial work.

Collaborate on high‑level strategy and execution.

Requirements 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred.

Active membership in a State Bar.

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Experience with complex civil litigation is a plus.

Clerkship experience is a bonus.

Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications Active State Bar membership.
