Position Overview\n Sanitarium Behavioral and Psychological Center is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position based in Bainbridge Island, Washington. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within our dedicated care team to deliver high-quality therapeutic services tailored to client needs.

Work Environment\n This position is fully remote, allowing for the flexibility to balance work-life commitments while still effectively serving clients in an outpatient setting. Our work schedule allows for a structured routine, operating Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systemic family therapy techniques. \Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery. \Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, applying new knowledge to enhance therapeutic strategies. \Maintain accurate and confidential records according to legal and ethical guidelines. \Advocate for clients' mental health needs within the broader community, working toward destigmatization of mental health issues. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Sanitarium Behavioral and Psychological Center, you will focus primarily on clients facing challenges related to divorce, relationship dynamics, and mood disorders. Your work will have a direct impact on improving their relationships and emotional well-being.
