This position is onsite, focusing specifically on home care therapy models. As a Physical Therapist at Renew Physical Therapy, you will engage directly with patients in their home environments, allowing for a tailored and intimate approach to rehabilitation. Regularly educate patients and their families on treatment processes, injury prevention, rehabilitation protocols, and strategies for lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.

Remain informed on the latest trends and research in orthopedic physical therapy, ensuring that your practice reflects best practices in the industry.

Document patient progress accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate open communication with other healthcare providers involved in patient care.

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. You'll collaborate closely with individuals of varying ages, from active adults to seniors, all of whom seek to regain their strength, mobility, and quality of life. A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with an active California state license to practice.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, specifically in orthopedic settings.
