Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify appropriate intervention strategies.

• Diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders, adjusting care plans based on ongoing assessments to reflect changes in client situations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to develop comprehensive discharge plans that ensure continuity of care and necessary follow-up for clients post-treatment.

• Providing referrals to external services and community resources, enhancing client access to supplemental support such as medication management or group therapy.

• Maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations relevant to mental health practice, including adherence to the Mental Health Practice Act and clinical program standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, consisting of individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. You’ll engage with clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing needs related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role will require you to establish strong therapeutic rapport with clients, understanding their unique experiences and empowering them on their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution, with verification required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 90,000 to 100,000, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Additional benefits include:
