Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Tarrant Post-Acute Care, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks essential for delivering high-quality mental health care:

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and determine tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, emphasizing resilience-building techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and fostering healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
