Founding Customer Support Lead, Healthcare SaaS

Arya Health is seeking a Founding Customer Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our healthcare AI platform, troubleshoot issues, and document patterns to inform product and customer success. You will own multi‑channel support, build the initial knowledge base and macros, and partner with Engineering, Product, Deployment, and CS to reduce friction and improve the customer experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Arya Health
