Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is based onsite in our well-equipped rehabilitation facility located in Toms River, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric patients, assessing mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Regularly reassess clinical progress, making necessary modifications to treatment regimens based on observed outcomes and patient feedback.
• Utilize the company's electronic health record system to complete all necessary documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process, setting realistic expectations, and empowering them with knowledge about overcoming challenges.
• Achieve minimum productivity goals and collaborate with team members to meet overall business objectives.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues providing other services within Ensemble Therapy to ensure cohesive care for patients receiving multiple therapies.
• Embody and promote PT New Generation LLC's core values and culture while serving as an ambassador for the organization.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth channels, pending appropriateness.
• A demonstrated commitment to working with patients from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
