Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapies that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining detailed documentation in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, exercise programs, and preventive measures to ensure long-term health benefits.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment efficacy and modifications.
• Maintain an organized caseload, managing patient schedules to ensure timely interventions while accommodating each patient's unique needs and availability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting, demonstrating the ability to perform assessments, design treatment plans, and implement therapy.

Preferred Experience
