Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial patient evaluations and follow-up consultations, meticulously assessing symptoms and reviewing medical histories.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may include prescribing medications and advising on lifestyle changes to promote health.
• Perform important diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to suturing, wound care management, joint injections, and other necessary interventions.
• Work cohesively with the healthcare team, coordinating care to ensure consistent follow-up and continuity for patients, particularly those with chronic health conditions.
• Provide both pre-operative and post-operative care, offering guidance and education to patients while managing their recovery processes.
• Participate in daily rounds and case discussions, contributing insights and recommendations for patient treatment plans in conjunction with other healthcare professionals.
• Utilize medical software to monitor patient progress, keep detailed records, and adjust care plans based on ongoing assessments and findings.
• Educate patients and their families on preventive care techniques, treatment modalities, and medication management to promote adherence and enhance overall health.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate patient documentation and safeguarding sensitive information.

Compensation and Benefits
