Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to students, assessing their emotional and behavioral needs, and developing individualized treatment plans to guide their recovery.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with educators, school psychologists, and community partners to address student needs holistically.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented and monitored to facilitate student progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring timely response to students in distress.
\n
• Create integrated care plans that include referrals to external services when needed, while maintaining clear communication with families and other involved stakeholders.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to best fit the unique needs of each participant.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is on students ranging from elementary to high school who are dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and learning difficulties. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will empower students to navigate their personal challenges, fostering resilience and positive coping strategies that enhance their educational experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure is preferred.
