Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients during virtual sessions, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and behavioral observations to determine their mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, adjusting approaches as needed based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs, helping them acquire coping strategies and life skills necessary for their recovery.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record (EHR) system in a timely and professional manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use, and eating disorders. Your role will involve understanding the unique challenges each client faces and developing culturally sensitive approaches that foster trust and engagement, ensuring that clients feel seen and heard in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating your ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods.

• Proficiency in maintaining client confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and boundaries as set forth by professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
