The Holistic Mind Wellness Center is actively searching for dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic psychotherapy group practice fully remotely. In this role, you will manage a caseload that can oscillate between 10 to 30 billable hours per week, all through a telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and various forms of psychotherapy tailored for individuals, families, and groups.

• Engage in the management of Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to maintain a consistent and reliable therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated mental healthcare, contributing valuable insights related to family dynamics and sociocultural factors that affect treatment.

• Assess and prioritize clients’ needs, implementing crisis interventions, skills training, and supportive therapies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate case documentation and clinical records in compliance with state, federal, and professional standards.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and address quality assurance initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our target client population includes individuals and families facing mental health challenges, with specific attention to those dealing with co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LMFT or Psy.D in the state of New York.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency with telehealth services and electronic health record (EHR) management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a diverse adolescent and adult population in various therapeutic settings.

• Background in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly those applicable to family and couples therapy.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and psychological assessments, particularly under the guidance of licensed psychiatrists and psychologists.

Our compensation structure reflects the high value we place on mental health professionals, offering a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually.
