Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions designed to address a variety of mental health disorders, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to ascertain the needs and strengths of new and existing patients, developing actionable treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care strategies.

• Perform crisis interventions when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client welfare.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and state law, ensuring all patient records reflect accurate and up-to-date information.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, counselors, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Act as an advocate for clients, connecting them to community resources and support services to help facilitate their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
