Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations with clients to ascertain their mental health status and therapy needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive methodologies.

• Provide professional referrals to psychiatrists, social workers, or other healthcare providers as necessary to support comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Great Bliss Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health needs. Your expertise in treating individuals facing substance abuse issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions will play a critical role in their therapeutic journey, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural sensitivity in therapy.

• Exceptional skills in crisis intervention and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and related clinical software.
\n
• Commitment to ethical practices, maintaining client confidentiality, and upholding professional boundaries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to PTSD, ADHD, and mood disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth management and the delivery of remote therapy services.

• Proven track record of contributing to multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
