Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of students, employing standardized tools and individualized interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and activities that promote emotional growth and coping skills among students.

• Collaborate with educational staff and external professionals—such as school nurses or psychologists—to create a comprehensive support network for each student.

• Proactively identify students in crisis and provide immediate intervention strategies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Engage in outreach initiatives aimed at educating parents and the community about mental health issues, resources available, and how to recognize warning signs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with students of varying ages and backgrounds, many of whom may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficulties with social interactions. You will also play a crucial role in identifying at-risk students and advocating for their mental health needs within the school environment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proven experience in therapeutic settings, particularly working with children and adolescents, demonstrating empathy, patience, and cultural competence.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and timely responses to student needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
