Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that utilize evidence-based practices. You will analyze clients' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement suitable interventions.

• Employ therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies to effectively address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure patient privacy and compliance.

• Collaborate with case managers and the broader mental health treatment team in regular consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with vital information regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in mental health therapies, applying new knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrable expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques, with a capacity to customize care approaches based on individual client needs.
