Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and unique needs, creating a supportive atmosphere for open communication.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and the goals established with each client, adjusting them as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy through evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various emotional challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and other complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders or equivalent mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
