Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing established diagnostic tools and observational skills to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage clients in evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, providing guidance and support to facilitate personal growth and coping strategies.

• Regularly evaluate clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring their therapeutic experience is engaging and holistic.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients—referring patients to external services when needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment and progress in our EHR system, in compliance with state regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to enhance service delivery and share best practices within a multidisciplinary team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse issues. You will be tasked with tailoring your therapeutic strategies to suit clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that culturally responsive practices are understood and utilized during sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R is required.
\n
• A minimum of four years of direct experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to manage a variety of mental health disorders and challenges.

• A foundational knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to lifelong learning.

• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by an aptitude for conflict resolution and crisis intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
