Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized therapy strategies.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize client care, while maintaining a client-centered focus.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and research to stay informed about developments in mental health practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in New Jersey.
