Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to outline tailored intervention strategies.

• Monitor and document outcomes throughout the intervention process, ensuring that each child's progress is tracked and adjusted as necessary.

• Provide educational and emotional support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to foster their child's development.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding early intervention services, maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

• Develop positive rapport with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote a conducive learning environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and tools to assess learning styles and adapt approaches to meet each child's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on serving children from birth to three years old who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will address various aspects of development including physical, communication, cognitive, and emotional skills. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, or a Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
